- Lead time on standard orders is 10-14 days
- Bespoke and Non standard orders – 21 days
- Bespoke or made to measure items are non-refundable
- Standard items can be returned for full refund within 14 calendar days of receipt
Changing Your Mind
If you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep Goods ordered from us, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Order and receive a refund. Please note this cancellation right does not apply in the case of Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, or any made-to-measure or custom-made products.
Cancellation and Returns
To cancel an Order, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel within 14 days after receiving the order. The easiest way to do this is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by telephone on 01527 894 909.
Unless the Goods are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We are able to charge you the direct cost to us of a collection, which are the same as our delivery charges to you.
Please note refunds will be processed after we have inspected the returned goods which must be in a resaleable condition. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used when the order was placed.
